Returns and Cancellations Policy

Damaged goods. All items dispatched promptly in secure packaging. On the chance your item is damaged on delivery, please contact so we can recover and replace.

Mistaken orders. If you have made an error and ordered items you did not want, please get in touch with sales@badpressltd.com so we can recover the wrong orders for the right ones.

Time scale of returns and cancellations. We require buyers to cancel or return items within seven days.

Postage on returns. Please return incorrect or damaged items in their original packaging (where possible). Should your claim be within the seven day deadline for returns and cancellations, we will subtract your postage from the price of your order.

Shipping
We deliver within the UK by inland mail.  Within the rest of Europe and internationally we send your merchandise by airmail at current UK Royal Mail rates.  We may feature items 'coming soon' but only sell ones we actually stock. However, if your item has just sold out (before we can restock) we will contact you before shipping so you can change your order. Help us by making sure we have your correct email address.
